All reservations are made at Spyce Spa & Hair Studio reception desk at 705 726 7702. We advise guests to book as far in advance as possible to receive preferred choices of times and treatments.
SPYCE requires a valid credit card number for parties over 2 people at time of booking.

Spyce Spa welcomes persons 16 years and older. Any guests under 16 years old require adult supervision to receive treatments, minimum age 10 years. As a guest at Spyce Spa you are provided complimentary access to the spa relaxation area and sauna.
Spyce Hair Studio welcomes guests of all ages.

How do I prepare for my spa visit?

Bring your desire to relax and recharge we will take care of the rest. |

You will receive a robe and sandals and of course, towels as needed. |

Key coded lockers are available for use while you are using our spa. Please do not bring valuables or jewelry. SPYCE Spa & Hair Studio is not responsible for any lost or misplaced items. |

Purified water and tea will be complimentary during your visit. |
Will I have to undress for my treatment?
It is your choice, depending on the treatment. Ask our team about the treatment so you can decide. Either way, take comfort as our team is professionally trained to accommodate your privacy. You will be draped with towels during your treatments except for the areas that are being treated.
What about smoking cell phones, pagers and PDA’s?
The spa is a place of relaxation and peace. We ask you to leave these at home or your electronics in your locker turned off.
Are gratuities included?

Tips are welcome in recognition of outstanding service and customarily start at 10% of the value of the treatment. |

All of our team members are trained and certified professionals to provide you with the treatments you need. We always advocate that you give feedback to your service provider. Please let us know if we can make you more comfortable in any way e.g.: massage pressure, room temperature, music volume etc. |

For your added comfort, we like that you allow an hour between your last meal and your spa treatment. Additionally, try to avoid the consumption of coffee and alcoholic beverages prior to any spa service. |

Cancellation/ Late Arrival Policy

SPYCE Spa & Hair Studio requires a minimum of 48 hours advance notice for the cancellation of group and/or day packages otherwise full charges will apply. |

Singles service(s) cancellation requires 24 hours advance notice. A fee of 50% of the price of the service(s) will be charged for cancellations less than the minimum time permitted. |

Please keep in mind that if you arrive late the duration of your treatment may be shortened so the next guest may begin on time. |
